Alexander Technique lessons are at my studio in Retford. Students come from Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, and South Yorkshire – including Bawtry, Newark, Lincoln, Gainsborough and Worksop

Directions:

Where Grove Coach Road bends to the right – becoming Cavendish Road – continue straight on along the minor road marked restricted byway. At the T-junction turn right. Little Oak is first on the right. Please note some satnavs take you the wrong way, make sure you are on Grove COACH Rd and not Grove Rd, if you go over a railway line turn back. (Off street parking is available)
